NORA STOLZ
Founder & CEO
Nora is the Founder & CEO of The Female Forum (formally known as 'WomenBreakfastClub'. She is a highly experienced and accredited executive leadership coach, corporate strategist, and board advisor.
Prior to starting her first technology start-up in 2016, she worked for over a decade for BlackRock, PIMCO, JP Morgan, and Facebook in various product, marketing, and strategy roles.
She has been featured in Die Welt, BBC Radio 4 amongst others and she been nominated and won numerous awards. Nora’s mission is to amplify the potential of 10,000 female (future) corporate leaders and to see women thrive across all ranks and across all industries.

RHONDA MOON
Advisor & Pension Chapter Lead
Rhonda is the COO of National Grid UK pension scheme, strategic advisor and founding NED of The Female Forum. A Chartered Accountant by background, Rhonda qualified in her native New Zealand before moving to the UK in her 20s.
Previously, she worked for various FTSE listed UK companies in their Corporate Finance teams where she specialised in Financial Reporting.
Throughout her career she has taken time out to support her family as well as making a lifestyle choice to live in France for a couple of years. Turning her focus now back on her career, she is an advocate for women to be gracefully bold.
She enjoys opportunities to share her knowledge at round table and speaking events where she displays her passion for effective governance and risk management.

MARINA DOLADO
Finance Chapter Lead
Marina Dolado is Finance Chapter Lead at The Female Forum. She’s responsible for leading partnership and growth for financial services partners at The Female Forum.
With a background in relationship management and sales in Private Banking and Wealth Management, Marina’s expertise is in serving HNW individuals and senior stakeholders across the banking industry. She’s a strategic thinker, an effective leader, and a strong communicator.
Most recently, Marina gained invaluable experience in the rapidly evolving ESG market during her time at Moody’s Analytics.
Marina is based in London, but a bit of her heart remains in Madrid where she’s originally from.
