Almost every time I speak with a woman, she’d me that she wants to ‘Improve her level of confidence’; or she’d say that ‘Lack confidence is holding her back’. Alright, let's talking about – what seems to be everyone’s favourite topic - Confidence! 

Empathy is generally described as the ability to take on another's perspective, to understand, feel and possibly share and respond to their experience. There are many nuances, implications, and misunderstandings on the topic and despite its ancient name - the concept is only being more thoroughly researched as we speak.

We recently did a poll asking women to share what is holding them back in their careers. A staggering 41% of women reported that they are experiencing imposter syndrome and that’s holding them back.
